Do you ever watch over on what you eat? Are you aware that if you eat too much you will gain more weight (Gewicht). Some people are not minding if they will gain weight or not as long as they satisfy themselves it's okay the sad thing there is the realization will come after when the felt the uncomfortable feeling due of being overweight. I always admire those people who can actually say "no" firmly to foods no matter how tempting and how much they crave back to it. Their determination is strong that they can consistently have the will to pursue until such time they got what they wanted.
If you have successfully lose your weight (Gewicht) you should as well consider that it doesn't stop there because there is always a possibility that the weight that you lost will come back or you will regain them again. That is why you need to still watch over to what you eat and still need to do your daily physical exercise.
Some would say that it is all in the mind on how we perceive things, just like when we think of something that we could not make it we just stop but if our mind tells us to go on we follow. The determination comes from what your mind tells you, when you are so feed up of being fat or carrying the body that makes you all those years unwanted, that is where you get all the reasons on why this time you should have the determination to lose weight. Simply because you want now to be free from the body that you have been thinking to lose.
For sure you want to feel the confidence that you see from other people especially on how they carry themselves. We all know that confidence is a great help to make a better person in yourself because just like when you do something you have the trust. So gaining the confidence through having the ideal weight for you will build the confidence you will not be shy anymore to face people for you trust yourself that you look better now.
